Lotto Partners is a privately funded real estate investment group that acquires and develops commercial real estate in the Continental United States. The company’s primary focus is value-add investments with the potential for long-term ownership. Founded in January of 2020 by Brian Cillian and Nikolaus Lischerong, Lotto has steadily grown its portfolio through direct investment. The combination of significant capital resources and
operational expertise gives Lotto a competitive advantage in the industry. The principals of Lotto have developed over $700 million dollars worth of real estate in over 20 Metros. Lotto's three primary investment platforms are Value-Add, Development, and Investment.
Lotto’s most dominant platform, Value Add, involves the acquisition of existing properties that are undervalued, underperforming, or need to be repositioned. These
assets have significant upside, and are commonly referred to as “value-add” projects. Our strong tenant relationships, combined with our capital strength and operating experience, allow us to reposition assets quickly and efficiently.

Our entrepreneurial approach to Investment is backed by institutional execution. Once an investment is identified, Lotto adheres to a prudent and fundamental approach by controlling risk assumptions and
emphasizing downside protection. We believe in engineering value through execution as opposed to timing a given market. Through hands-on asset management, each asset is optimized for maximum value and disposition as a stabilized liquid investment.
Nikolaus Lischerong
Principal
Mr. Lischerong has spent the last 20 years developing industrial, office, medical, and mixed-use development projects throughout the Carolinas and Southeast. In addition, Mr. Lischerong is Managing Partner at Lischerong Development Group and Makon Construction, which specialize in acquisition, development, and construction of commercial real estate assets. Prior to starting Lischerong Development, Mr. Lischerong was the Managing Partner at Equity Investment Partners, a private equity fund specializing in industrial and office properties. Mr. Lischerong has a unique real estate background that consists of selling, buying, and redeveloping textile mills, industrial facilities, office parks, medical office buildings, daycare, and other specialized properties throughout the Southeast. Mr. Lischerong is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a B.S in Business Management, and his MBA in Leadership and Entrepreneurism.
Brian Cillian
Principal
Mr. Cillian brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate overseeing all aspects of development, investments, and brokerage for Lotto Partners. During the course of his career in commercial real estate, Brian has been involved in over $700 million of commercial real estate development and acquisitions. Prior to founding Lotto Partners, Brian was a Partner at DHD Ventures in Charlotte, NC where his primary focus was on the acquisition and development of commercial projects throughout the Southeast. He is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where he earned a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship (2005) from the Farmer School of Business.
